I haven’t had a snow cone in years and this is certain to be the very best snow cone you’ve ever tasted. My kids went nuts over it and I grinned imagining all the possibilities.

The very same day that my friend Meseidy shared her recipe for Puerto Rican shaved ice , I ordered this Shaved Ice Machine . She made a simple snow cone sound so refreshing, I had to try it for myself. (I still can’t believe how excited I am over this simple gadget!)

This handy little machine has already provided a heck of a lot of fun for my kids and I both. On a day when the temp is well past 100 degrees, it’s pure heaven to sit and sip on spoonfuls of sweet shaved ice.

I’m giddy over the possibilities for this machine all summer long!
